BANANA BREAD BROWNIES

Ingredients:

1-1 / 2 c. Sugar
1 c. Sour cream
1/2 gr. Soft Butter
2 eggs
1-3 / 4 (3 or 4) ripe bananas, crushed
2 tsp. Vanilla extract
2 c. All-purpose flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
3/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 c. Chopped walnuts (optional)

Brown butter frosting:
1/2 c. Butter
4 g. Sugar powder
1-1 / 2 teaspoon. Vanilla extract
3 tablespoons. milk

directione:

1. Heat oven to 375F. Grease and flour 15 x 10 inch jelly frying pan. For the bars, in a large bowl, whisk the sugar, sour cream, butter and eggs together until creamy. A mixture of banana and vanilla extract. Add the flour, baking soda and salt and mix for 1 minute. Add the nuts.

2. Distribute the mixture evenly in the pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

3. At the same time, to freeze, heat the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat until boiling. Allow the butter to turn brown and remove from heat instantly.

4. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk. Whisk together until smooth (you should be thicker than glaze but thinner than frost). Using a spoon, spread the frosting butter onto the warm bars (it will be easy to spread the frost while the bars are still warm).
