
Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
… 1/2 cup unrefined coconut oil (make sure to use unrefined coconut flavor)
2 cups dry oat (not instant)
1 C grated coconut
1/2 C chopped walnuts ( Optional)
1 1/4 cups of dark chocolate chips
1 t vanilla extract
instructions:
Melt peanut butter, honey and coconut oil over medium-low heat. Once it melts, remove it from the heat and add grated coconut, oatmeal, chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted. Pour in a 9 x 13 skillet and cool in the refrigerator. When set, cut into bars and enjoy. Keep in the refrigerator. If they continue long
