
Ingredients:
4 boneless, cooked and cut chicken breast
1/2 C. minced onions
Half a celery, chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1/2 c to 1 c. Dried cranberry
Seasoning:
1 c. Mayonnaise
1/2 g sugar
1/4 g vinegar
1 tsp. Mustard prepared
1 teaspoon. Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon. pepper
directione :
Mix cooked chicken, onion, celery, salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients of the sauce together and pour it on the chicken. Add dried cranberries (add it immediately before serving or the chicken salad will turn pink). Serve with biscuit or lettuce.
Note: Add more sauce if the chicken salad is too dry. White meat tends to “soak” the sauce
