Cook Swiss steaks

Ingredients :

1 can (14 ounce) of del Monte tomatoes are small (double this if you like a lot of sauce)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 green pepper, cut into cubes
1 large onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 + 1/2 lb round steak
Sea salt and fresh black pepper

Mix the tomatoes, Worcestershire, peppers, onions, garlic and thyme together in a clay pot and season well with salt and pepper. Season each steak with salt and pepper prick with a fork around about one inch. {An optional step is to soak the steaks with flour and burn them in a skillet with a tablespoon or two of oil over a medium high heat on each side.} Add to the pot. Cook at 4-5 hours high or low 7-8. Serve with cooked rice, potatoes or pasta
