Cowboy Casserole


1 ½ pound of minced meat.
1 medium onion, chopped.
3 garlic cloves, minced.
1 can (15.25 ounce) of filtered corn kernel.
1 can of mushroom soup cream.
2 cups grated cheddar cheese.
½ cup of milk.
4 tablespoons of sour cream.
1 (30 ounce) bag of frozen tartars.


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Cook onions in a large skillet, mix chopped garlic and cook for one minute.
Add the beef and cook over medium heat until browned. Strain the fat and transfer to a large bowl.

Mix the soup, milk and sour cream in a small bowl until they mix well, then pour over the hamburger mixture and mix. Mix the corn and 1 cup of cheddar cheese

Half a layer of crunchy crowns at the bottom of the dish and distribute all hamburger mixture on top. Add a second layer of tartar fingers and add the remaining cheese.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes and voila!

Easy, annoying and cheesy! Food fingers go with ground beef and sour cream. You should try this, you will not regret it.
