Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

1 cup butter
1 cup cream peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Microwave directions: Mix peanut butter, butter and vanilla in a glass bowl and dissolve in the microwave for 90 seconds. Stir the mixture, it should combine together very quickly and be soft and creamy. Add powdered sugar slowly to a cup or so each time. Stir well.

Burner directions: Mix peanut butter, butter and vanilla in a medium bowl over medium-low heat. Stir the mixture, it should combine together very quickly and be soft and creamy. Take the pan out from the heat and add powdered sugar to a cup or so each time. Stir well.

Grease 8 – 9 ″ butter or parchment line. Transfer the waffle mixture to the tray and press it. Cool for at least 4 hours before cutting. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
