2 large boxes of oranges and
1 small kg of mandarin . Orange gelatin
1 liter orange sherbet
1 cup whip cream
1 angel food cake, cubed
Strain 1 cup of orange liquid.
Boil the liquid in the microwave. Gelatin is added and stir to melt. Cool until warm. Add orange syrup and mix until thawed. Gently fold in whipped cream.
Add half of the cake cubes on a trivial plate in a narrow layer. Add the orange mixture over the cake cubes.
Add a thin layer of whipped cream. Add a layer of mandarin orange.
Repeat the process. Put it in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
