Easy Peach Cobbler Recipe


1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar (divided)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 cup milk
2 peaches (15 ounces each) unfiltered
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 ground cinnamon or nutmeg (my choice)


1 Heat the oven to 375 °
2 Melt the unsalted butter in a 9 x 13 baking dish
3 Mix the flour with one cup of sugar, baking powder, salt and milk in a medium bowl, stirring until the ingredients are moistened. Pour the mixture over the melted butter (do not stir)
