Easy Peanut Butter Energy Balls

Ingredients

2 cups cabbage oats
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup crushed walnut (optional)
1/2 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet
1/4 cup honey, or more as needed

Mix oats, peanut butter, ground nuts, chocolate chips and honey in a blender bowl with oar attachment ; whisk until well combined, adding more honey if the mixture is not firm.
Form a 24-ball with a cookie scoop and place it on a cookie sheet. Refrigerate until 30 minutes to 60 minutes.
