
What
you will need : 1 pound of skinless skinless thigh (cut into 1 inch pieces)
5 dry red pepper
3 onions (sliced)
3 eggs (scrambled)
½ cup cornstarch
oil (for frying)
Sauce:
1 ½ tablespoon of rice vinegar
2 tablespoons of rice wine
3 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 teaspoons of cornstarch
How to make it:
– In a large mixing bowl, mixing cornstarch and scrambled eggs. Mix well to make a mixture. Add chicken pieces and cover well.
– To prepare the sauce – in a small bowl mix rice vinegar, rice wine, soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside.
– The deep fryer or fryer is heated to 375 degrees and cut the fried chicken in batches. Drain paper towels.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of oil to the pan. Add dried hot peppers to the pan and stir for 30 seconds. Add chicken pieces to the pan and stir for two minutes.
– Add the sauce mixture to the wok and cook with stirring until the sauce becomes thick and covered with shampoo. Garnish with green onions and serve.
