1 large cabbage finely chopped
1 (14.5 ounce) can be diced tomato with juice
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 pound fresh beef
Mix cabbage and tomatoes with juice, onions, Italian spices, salt and black pepper in a large saucepan over a low heat. Bring the cabbage mixture to the ground beef on low heat and collapse in the bowl. Cover and cook until cabbage becomes tender and cook minced meat for 45 minutes. My heart from time to time.
