2 pita bread
2 chicken breast (boneless)
1 medium cucumber
100 gm band gobhi
2 chopped green chillies
1 carrot
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chicken tandoori masala
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt as required
1/2 tbsp oil
2 butter paper
Steps
1-First of all Wash chicken and cut into julien cut and put in a strainer.
2-In a bowl take chicken. Add ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, red chilli powder, chicken tandoori masala, salt, black pepper, chopped green chillies and mix it well. Then marinate for 1 -2 hours.
3-Cut all vegetables in thin sliced shapes and put aside.
4-In another bowl take yogurt, black pepper powder, garlic paste, red chilli powder and beat it until make a smooth battar. Put it aside.
5-In a pan take oil and cook marinated chicken in it until its color change and cook properly. Then turn off the flame.
6-Now on pita bread apply the prepared sauce. Put cooked chicken and then add vegetables. Over vegetables sprinkle ketchup.
7-Now yummy shawarma is ready. Wrap in a butter paper and serve with sauce and ketchup.
