How To Prepare Crepe

Ingredients in preparation

  • 500 g of flour
  • 150 g of sunid sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • Liters of milk
  • A little butter

How to prepare
We put eggs and sugar in a bowl, all of it is sipped using the hand rubbing, then add the flour and milk slowly, we continue mixing until we finish the amount of flour and milk, we leave the mixture for 15 minutes.

In the meantime, we grease the pan with butter, and on low heat we cook the crepe one after the other until we finish the amount of dough.
