A large carton of sweetened milk
A teaspoon of vanilla powder
Two pieces of gelatin
180 ml of milk
Half a cup of roasted almonds and cut into small pieces
How to prepare
Mix the cream and milk with the electric mixer until it becomes like in the picture.
Duby gelatin in a quarter cup of hot water.
Add vanilla powder and shredded almonds to sweetened milk, then add the cream and milk mixture, mix well with a wooden spoon from the bottom up and at the end add cold gelatin liquid and mix all well.

Spread the fondant over a table sprinkled with powdered sugar, then remove Lamos from the refrigerator. After directing the lamos, flip them into the serving plate and cover with the fondant, remove the excess, then decorate the pellets with lamos with chocolate and chocolate malteasers and the fruits that you prefer (strawberry, berries, love of kings, bananas, kiwi, pineapple …).
