1 homemade crust or pie pastry dough
6 large eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon of ground black pepper
4 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
1 cup cooked sausage
1/2 cup shredded lamb
2 large green onions, chopped
1 cup chopped cheese
Preheat the oven to 425 ° C. Squeeze the peel in a 9-inch quiche skillet, prick the peel and bake until light brown, about 10 minutes.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Sprinkle bacon, sausage, ham, green onions and cheese evenly over the pre-cooked crust. Pour the egg mixture over the face.
Bake for 20 minutes until the center is adjusted and a clean toothpick is removed. Allow to cool a little before serving.
