Muffins that taste like doughnuts Recipe

what do you need:

3/4 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking force
1/44 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of melted butter
1/2 cup sugar, for rolling (add a little cinnamon shake)


Preheat the oven to 350. Gently grease the cake pan. In a large bowl, whisk sugar and eggs together until light in color. In a small bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg together. Pour in the egg mixture and stir the mixture. Pour vegetable oil, milk and vanilla extract. Divide the mixture evenly into 10 pie cups, each filling about 3/4 full. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until the lab exits at the center and comes out clean.

While baking cakes, melt butter and pour remaining sugar into a small bowl. When the cakes are done, gently wash the top of each of them with melted butter, then remove them from the pan and wrap them in sugar. Cool on a wire rack.
