2 eggs
4 tbsp sugar
1 & 1/2 cups of fresh milk (approx. 370 gram)
2 cups of all purpose flour (approx. 240 gram)
1 & 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp vegetable oil

1. Sift the flour
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
3. Heat the non-stick pan (medium low), and pour the batter based on the size you like.
4. Flip over and ready to serve.
