POTATO BACON CASSEROLE

Ingredients

4 cups of grated frozen Hasbroons
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
8 ounces bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup chopped cheese
1 can evaporated milk (12 fluid ounce)
1 egg, large, slightly diluted
1.5 teaspoons salt

Directione

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Layer 1/2 potatoes, 1/2 onion, 1/2 bacon and 1/2 cheese in a prepared baking dish; repeat the layers. In a small bowl, combine steamed milk, eggs and marinated salt. Pour evenly over the potato mixture; cover.
Bake for 55 to 60 minutes. Detect; bake for an additional 5 minutes. Leave it for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
