SHRIMP and CRABMEAT ETOUFFEE.

What you will need:

2 onions, chopped
2 stalks celery chopped
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon of granulated garlic
2 1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup flour
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, or to taste
2 teaspoons of Tabasco sauce
1 1 pound shredded and peeled shrimp
1 1/2 lbs minced meat
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup fresh parsley or 1 tablespoon of dried parsley
3 cups cooked basmati or brown rice

How to
make it : – In a large saucepan, sauté onions and celery in olive oil until tender, about 10 minutes, add garlic granules to it.

– Add the chicken broth, flour and stir until smooth. Add to the celery mixture and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer until thick, about 30 minutes.

Add cayenne juice and tapasco sauce. Add shrimp and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the crab meat, green onions and parsley and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve on top of the rice.
Make 8 servings

Scoop the rice into a flat cup, press down to form, then put it on the plate. Provides a nice fantasy show!
