Stove Top Rice Pudding

1/2 g
unsalted rice 1 g salted water
1 quarter liter of milk
2 margarine sticks
3 eggs 1/2 g
1/2 g raisins
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon nutmeg and cinnamon if desired

Step 1: Use a large heavy container to boil water. Sprinkle rice slowly in boiling water and do not stir. Reduce heat, cover pan and cook for 7 minutes.
2 Add milk and butter and stir with a fork. Boil the rice and cook over a low heat for one hour.
3 Whisk eggs, then add sugar, raisins and vanilla to the egg mixture. Slowly pour the eggs into the rice, stirring until it starts to stick. The pudding will be nice and thick after it cools down.
4 I added some additions to this recipe. Use a mixture of evaporated milk and regular milk together with a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg as the pudding cools down! Apply whipped cream, if desired
