
Ingredients:
4 teaspoons. Active dry yeast
1/2 c. Warm water
2 g. Milk pasteurized and
cooled to lukewarm 3 tablespoons. Of melted butter slightly chilled
1/2 c. Sugar
2 Quarts Multipurpose Flour (7-8 cups)
2 whole eggs,
2 tsp. salt

Melt the yeast in warm water with a teaspoon of sugar. Let’s stand up to buttery. Mix the yeast mixture with milk and half a cup of sugar and the amount of flour to make a medium mixture (about the consistency of the pie mixture). Hit well. Add melted butter, eggs, and salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Apply butter immediately. Yield: 5 to 6 dozen. Served with honey and cinnamon butter.
* Additional tips: Shaped the roll to a rectangle, about 1/2 inch thick, and then fold it in half, making it thick. Roll the dough to chop the halves and use the dough scraper, cut it into squares and place it on the baking tray
