2 Quarts Multipurpose Flour (7-8 cups)

Melt the yeast in warm water with a teaspoon of sugar. Let’s stand up to buttery. Mix the yeast mixture with milk and half a cup of sugar and the amount of flour to make a medium mixture (about the consistency of the pie mixture). Hit well. Add melted butter, eggs, and salt. He also won. Add enough flour to form a smooth dough. Sprinkle a small amount of flour on the counter and let the dough rest. Meanwhile, grease a large bowl. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Apply butter immediately. Yield: 5 to 6 dozen. Served with honey and cinnamon butter.

* Additional tips: Shaped the roll to a rectangle, about 1/2 inch thick, and then fold it in half, making it thick. Roll the dough to chop the halves and use the dough scraper, cut it into squares and place it on the baking tray
