Traditional pecan brownie

The best brownie in the world!
No I may be exaggerating a little but in any case it is the one I prefer!

Ingredients for 8 people:

  • 200 g dark chocolate pastry
  • 120 g butter
  • 70 g flour
  • 150 g caster sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g pecan nuts
  • salt

Preparation:
Coarsely crush the pecans with your fingers.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Butter and flour the mold.
Cut the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a double boiler. Let cool for a few min.
Add the butter in pieces to the chocolate and mix.
In a bowl pour the sugar then add the eggs one by one while mixing. Mix well with a whisk until the mixture whitens.
Add the sifted flour and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
Then add the chocolate, mix.
Finally add the pecans.
Pour into a buttered and floured rectangular pan.
Cook for 15 min. in an oven preheated to 180 ° C.
Remove from the oven and let cool.
Cut into square when cold.
