Wendy’s Chili

Ingredients

2 pounds fresh ground meat
1 liter tomato juice 1 (29 oz) …
1 tomato paste (15 oz)
can red beans, drained 1 (15 oz)
can pinto beans, drained 1
large medium onion, chopped (about 1 1/2 1 cup)
1/2 cup celery celery
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chili (use less for hot pepper )
1 teaspoon of ground cumin (use more for real flavor)
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 spoon Small salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

how to make it :

In a large skillet, roast minced meat. Drain the fat. Put the beef and the remaining ingredients in a 6-liter bowl. Cover the bowl and leave the peppers on low heat for an hour to an hour and a half, stirring every 15 minutes.
