Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole


4 cups cubed sweet potatoes,
half a cup of white sugar,
2 beaten eggs,
1/2 teaspoon of salt,
4 tablespoons of diluted butter,
1/2 cup of milk,
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and
1 cup of packed brown sugar
1 / 3 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons of butter,
1/2 cup chopped pecans


Preheat the oven to 325 ° F (165 ° C). Place the sweet potato in a medium saucepan with water to cover it. Cook on medium high heat until cooked. Drain and mash.
In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, white sugar, eggs, salt, butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. Transfer to a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix brown sugar and flour. Cut the butter until the mixture becomes coarse. Stir in the pecans. Sprinkle the mixture over the sweet potato mixture.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, or until the dish becomes light brown
