ZUCCHINI PIZZA CASSEROLE

What
you will need : 4 cups of chopped zucchini (about 5 small zucchini)
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 eggs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 ounce. Cheese (used mozzarella and cheddar)
1 tsp. Italian spices
1 pound beef minced
2 ounce. Minced Pepperoni 1
Medium Onion, Chopped
2 Cups Spaghetti Sauce,
1 Minced Pepper,
4 Oz. Cheddar or mozzarella cheese (or a mixture of both)

How to
make it : – Cut zucchini. Mix zucchini with 2 eggs, parmesan cheese, 2 ounces. Italian cheese and spices. Pour zucchini mixture on the bottom of a greased 9-by-13-inch glass baking tray. Bake the shell uncovered for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

While baking the crust, brown the minced meat in a large skillet. Add onions, pepperoni and spaghetti sauce and cook until tender onions, for 5-7 minutes. Remove the shell from the oven. Pour the meat with the sauce. Pepper tops and sprinkle 4 ounces. Of cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes at 400 or until the pizza warms, the cheese melts and slightly browns. Allow the dish to stand for 2-3 minutes before cutting and serving.
